Gymnastics advanced

For children born 2009-2015 who have progressed from the Gymnastics course - continuation semester 4 or advanced.

Here we train competition-preparatory flips such as rondat, girl's flip, free flip, hand flip, somersault and the basics of twisted flips. We also train to take choreography and perform a dance, in gymnastics called independent, on our own.

Please note that we have costume requirements on this course, which means that the gymnast must wear a costume/bodysuit during the lesson.

At Gymnastics – Speed/Continuation/Advanced, the courses are held in semesters. One semester consists of 16 lessons, course fee 3,510 SEK. For Gymnastics – Speed/Continuation/Advanced courses, a registration fee of 480 SEK is payable upon acceptance of the received group proposal for the autumn semester. The registration fee constitutes part of the full course fee.
