CPR - First Aid

We continuously train and certify our gymnastics teachers in CPR and First Aid for children. We have chosen to do it within EFR, Emergency First Response, CFC Care for Children, which has an extensive course structure where you get both theoretical and practical knowledge and where you need to demonstrate your skills in order to be certified.

We have on several occasions received requests from parents if we could not arrange a course for you, which has inspired us and now we therefore offer the course for you as a parent. Due to the scope of the course, you need to set aside a certain amount of time for preparatory theory in addition to the course sessions, but we can also guarantee that you feel confident in your knowledge of CPR and first aid for children and babies after completing the course and passing your certificate. Lidingö Gymnastics School has two trained instructors.

You will also be certified to use an AED (an automatic defibrillator), which is available in more and more public places both in and outside of Sweden.

Course structure:

2 h introduction and review of study material
Self-study and preparation
A full day (or two half days) with knowledge checks, practical exercises and role plays
Theory test (written)

Award:

SEK 1,500.
Manual in Swedish included as well as certification and certification card. (PADI Europe).

We also tailor courses if you are a group at work, a parent group or the like who want to go together.
