We also train to take choreography and perform a dance, in gymnastics called independent, on our own.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Please note that we have costume requirements on this course, which means that the gymnast must wear a costume\/bodysuit during the lesson.<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>At Gymnastics \u2013 Speed\/Continuation\/Advanced, the courses are held in semesters. One semester consists of 16 lessons, course fee 3,510 SEK. For Gymnastics \u2013 Speed\/Continuation\/Advanced courses, a registration fee of 480 SEK is payable upon acceptance of the received group proposal for the autumn semester.
